Drain Service Technician

What You'll Do: The Drain Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential drain systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like: Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service callsProvide camera service for mainline stoppage within 24 hours of the report Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and servicesEducate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well-inventoried truck Participate actively in all training exercises and weekly meetings Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets What We'd Like You to Have: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position. 1 year of Drain Technician experience is required. Knowledge of local plumbing codes preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAY - THURSDAY.
