Associate - Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions - Dallas Direct Counsel is representing an Amlaw 100 firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Strategies & Capital Solutions group in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general corporate or transactional experience and an interest in working with private equity clients across multiple industry sectors. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of transactional matters, including structuring joint ventures and pooled investment vehicles for clients pursuing real estate and private credit investments. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus but not required.
