Join Zoom as a Lead Product Manager in our dynamic CX Contact Center team, where you will play a critical role in revolutionizing outbound engagement capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to drive the strategy and execution of outbound voice dialers while transforming our platform into a state-of-the-art omnichannel solution that includes SMS, email, WhatsApp, and innovative communication channels. In this position, you will have a significant impact on enhancing proactive customer engagement by taking ownership of product strategy and delivery for outbound capabilities. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and leadership teams to create intelligent, compliant solutions that yield measurable business results. About the Team: The Zoom CX Product team is dedicated to developing the essential platforms that enhance customer engagement within Zoom's Contact Center and CX suite. Our mission centers on optimizing interactions across various channels, such as voice, video, messaging, and work items, to enrich customer experiences and enable informed business decisions. The Outbound Engagement product area within our team focuses on promoting proactive customer outreach through intelligent and compliant campaigns, utilizing voice dialers, AI-driven dialing algorithms, and a comprehensive omnichannel approach. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on strategies and execution for modern omnichannel outbound engagement capabilities. Maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and meets customer needs. Lead the complete product development process, from discovery to launch and ongoing adoption. Transition from traditional voice dialers to a fully integrated omnichannel outbound platform. Develop and implement advanced dialing strategies using AI-driven optimization techniques. Ensure compliance with regulations such as TCPA and GDPR. Conduct user research, market analysis, and collect competitive insights to guide product decisions. Partner with engineering and analytics teams to ensure scalable, reliable performance and actionable insights. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong background in agile product environments. Over 10 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, specifically focusing on outbound dialing or proactive engagement platforms. Hands-on knowledge of outbound voice technologies, including predictive and progressive dialing systems. Familiarity with contact center operations, outbound campaigns, and performance optimization practices. Understanding of telecommunications regulations and compliance, including TCPA and GDPR. Expertise in modern product thinking applied to outbound engagement strategies, particularly with AI-driven optimization and omnichannel orchestration. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and leadership. Salary Range: Minimum: $124,000.00 Maximum: $271,200.00 Note: Salary will be adjusted based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
