Responsibilities What you will do: Define and implement innovative marketing strategies for Oracle's Autonomous AI Database that align with executive priorities and foster long-term market success. Transform intricate technical concepts into engaging narratives, crafting compelling messaging and materials such as customer presentations, digital campaign content, product launch materials, and success stories that highlight the value of Oracle's solutions. Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing leaders to execute impactful product launches and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing product awareness, consideration, and adoption. Utilize your technical knowledge and market insights to predict trends, shape product direction, and educate stakeholders on the benefits of Oracle's offerings. Evaluate, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives to senior leadership, using insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing ROI. Preferred Qualifications Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision, balancing multiple projects across different teams effectively. 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably at a leading cloud provider in the realms of cloud databases, AI, or ML. Comprehensive understanding of cloud database technologies, generative AI, agentic AI, and ML, with a preference for candidates who have marketed cloud database or AI-driven products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create high-impact marketing assets on short notice for various audiences. Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies and global product launches, crafting compelling content for diverse audiences. Strong expertise in market analysis, competitive research, and aligning strategic messaging with customer needs. A willingness and aptitude to engage with both strategic and tactical programs.
