As a leader in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP space at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, delivering ERP software solutions, and facilitating smooth integration. Your leadership will not only optimize client operational efficiency but also inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders. Key Responsibilities Include: Setting the strategic direction and executing Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Leading business development initiatives and making impactful decisions. Overseeing multiple projects to meet client expectations effectively. Collaborating with technical architects and engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Managing project lifecycles from inception to successful completion. Mentoring and developing future leaders within the organization. Fostering an environment where technology and talent can excel together. Maintaining and enhancing executive-level client relationships. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Thought leader-level ability to collaborate with Dynamics 365 Technical Architects and engineering teams. Distinguishing Qualifications: Preferred certifications in ERP: D365 F&O Trade and Logistics and at least one other D365 F&O module. Proven expertise as a Functional Solutions Architect. Experience managing complete project lifecycles to ensure client success. Capacity to serve as a global point of contact on application design. Ability to create functional specifications and design documents. Skills in estimating and triaging key requirements. Experience conducting Joint Application Design workshops. Familiarity with Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server, and SSRS. Providing post go-live support. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
