The Senior Supplier Relationship Manager is essential in ensuring comprehensive hardware order coverage for future needs while proactively managing supplier engagement on current orders within assigned commodities. In this role, you will oversee long-term agreement execution, negotiate non-LTA agreements, and effectively handle supplier inquiries related to ongoing orders. As a Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will own the Supplier Team Action Plan, cultivate supplier relationships, and support our Contract Portfolio Management efforts. Working closely with the Procurement Operations Center and various internal teams is crucial for executing our strategic procurement activities on time. Key Responsibilities Lead the supplier selection process, which includes proposals, quoting, analysis, negotiations, and contract drafting for parts procured outside of long-term agreements. Make informed decisions regarding the health of supplier orders for your designated accounts. Collaborate with procurement operations and supplier teams to ensure adherence to all sourcing activities. Promptly address inquiries and issues from suppliers about your accounts. Direct projects involving parts procurement and technical changes requiring supplier collaboration. Develop a strong understanding of the market to facilitate effective supplier selection. Contribute to crafting contractual solutions that enhance performance and reduce total ownership costs. Use your technical skills and teamwork abilities to overcome challenges. Mentor junior colleagues through guidance and training. Set clear performance expectations and manage sensitive supplier and stakeholder concerns effectively. Note: This role may involve up to 10% travel. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in relevant fields such as Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, or Supply Chain. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Sourcing/Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Sales, Supply Chain, or Contract Management. We are dedicated to your professional development and career satisfaction. The base pay range for this role is $116,000.00 - $154,000.00 USD annually, influenced by experience and skills. An annual discretionary bonus may be applicable. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; therefore, employment is contingent upon the ability to prove U.S. Person status.
