Are you ready to make an impact?Job SummaryOur Operations Manager/Team Lead oversees the utilize of our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL DOWotk closely with the Owner to oversee the company operations to include project management, project scheduling and overseeing our Pavement Maintenance Technicians. As company grows, the right person will have the opportunity to move into solely an Operations Manager role with additional promotions possible.Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and morePlan and facilitate the production of a high-quality projectsCommunicate job status daily with customers and team members.Maintain a safe, hazard-free job siteAdditional tasks as required in particular during seasonal months.QualificationsWHAT YOU BRINGA valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportationYou are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solveYou understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detailPossess a team first mentality to aproaching work responsibilitiesAbility to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)Ability to work well independently unsupervisedPast experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
