The beautiful Sundial Beach Resort located on Sanibel Island, Florida is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! Primary Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage department Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Ensure effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels to include storage and use of equipment Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Complete accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or team member is injured Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Prioritize, assign, and train F&B staff Participate with F&B management team to coordinate, plan, develop, and implement long and short-term goals Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for each food and beverage outlet. Maintain complete knowledge of strictly abide by state liquor regulations. Be aware of and assist with the control of departmental operating costs to be in line with forecasted business levels Other duties assigned by the Food & Beverage Outlet Managers.
