PAREXEL is seeking an Advanced Analytics Consultant specializing in Meta-Analysis to join our team. This is a full-time remote position with a requirement to accommodate East Coast/CET hours. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Network Meta-Analysis (NMA), Evidence Synthesis, Survival Analysis, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA). Job Purpose The Advanced Analytics Consultant will play a crucial role in providing statistical expertise and leadership throughout all stages of projects, from planning to completion. You will collaborate with junior team members to design, develop, and deliver innovative client solutions by leveraging your competencies in statistical theory, data analysis, regression analysis, systematic reviews, and evidence synthesis methodologies. You should hold a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines. Proficiency in data analytics and statistical software/tools such as WinBUGS, R, Stata, Python, and SAS is essential. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on the design of clinical development programs, ensuring HTA evidence requirements are integrated into global development strategies. Identify evidence gaps and develop robust evidence-generation plans by exploring potential data sources. Align Access/HTA evidentiary activities strategically with related functions across the organization, including Product Development and commercial departments. Conduct statistical analyses of clinical trials and other relevant datasets, delivering comprehensive technical documentation for analyses and economic models. Interpret and clearly communicate analysis findings, collaborating closely with global affiliates for local reimbursement applications. Contribute to cross-functional teams, participating in the development of methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within the Evidence Chapter. Stay updated on the evolving Access/HTA landscape, incorporating current trends and methodologies into evidence generation plans and nurturing relationships with external experts. Additional Responsibilities You will ensure all projects are executed effectively with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction, meeting project objectives. As a Consultant, you will mentor Senior Associates and Associates while identifying areas for staff training and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships on your projects. Your Role May Include: Creating network meta-analysis protocols. Reviewing data from systematic literature reviews. Conducting feasibility assessments for studies. Generating network diagrams and critically assessing study heterogeneity. Executing network meta-analysis and assisting in the interpretation and dissemination of findings. You will support thought leadership and innovation within advanced analytics, working on various methodologies including: Pairwise meta-analysis. Mixed treatment comparison. Indirect treatment comparison. Network meta-analysis. Match-adjusted indirect treatment analysis. Meta-regression and single-arm trial analysis. Simulated treatment comparison and surrogate outcome assessments. Skills & Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in applied statistics, health economics, or a related quantitative field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, Access/HTA/reimbursement agencies, or academic institutions (experience with pharma affiliates is a plus). Extensive knowledge of Access and HTA, clinical research methodologies, and international payer evidence requirements. Proficient in research design and statistical methods including Generalized Linear Models, Survival Analysis, Network Meta-Analysis, and Bayesian Statistics. Strong competency in R and GitLab (experience with SAS, Python, WinBUGS, or JAGS is a bonus). Excellent strategic, collaborative, and communication skills, along with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities. #LI-REMOTE
