You will be playing a key role in scaling out a multi-office, boutique RIA.Job Requirements: Must have at least 10 years proven management experience in the financial industry Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher qualificationHas the following certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Series 65 as well as Life and Health Insurance license/sExtensive knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, investments, and insurance-based productsDemonstrates exceptional client relationship management skillsProficient or familiar with financial planning software tools including Redtail CRM, recruitment platforms and SharePoint Job Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of financial advisors and support staff to achieve excellenceDrive performance through weekly meetings, goal setting, and data-driven strategiesDevelop and implement branch OKRs to align with company objectives and growth targetsRecruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talentOversee client acquisition, onboarding, and the full financial planning processUtilize technology and AI to enhance operational efficiency and client experienceEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company standardsCollaborate on marketing initiatives targeting high-net-worth clientsSupport strategic projects and contribute to overall business growth Why StrittmatterStrittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in Fort Worth, TX.
