We want you to join our dynamic Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions space. This role offers a 100% commission-based income model with residual income, perfect for those who want to take charge of their schedule and earnings. What You'll Do: Engage with local businesses through door-to-door visits to provide tailored payment processing solutions. Educate business owners on strategies to save money and streamline their transaction processes. Close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. You Are: A natural communicator with a skill for closing sales. Comfortable with face-to-face selling and building relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient. Compensation includes health benefits, a 401K match, and is based on a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership aspect. Required qualifications for this role: A minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
