Credit Analyst II

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst II to support our Commercial Banking team through thoughtful, accurate credit analysis and sound underwriting judgment. In this role, you will independently prepare detailed credit presentations, assess borrower financial strength, evaluate risk, and collaborate closely with bankers throughout the loan approval process. You'll play a key role in spreading and analyzing financial statements and tax returns, reviewing credit reports and collateral, presenting recommendations to loan committees, and ensuring all decisions align with bank policy and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate brings at least three years of commercial credit analysis experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial information with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
