Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting K–12 students in the heart of Salem, OR for the '25-'26 school year! Position Overview: Manage a diverse K–12 caseload and provide consultation services to teachers and parents. Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that deliver essential direct therapy to support students' functional performance and educational goals. Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom. Qualifications: Active Oregon Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) License Fingerprints (Required) Prior professional OTR experience in a K–12 school setting (public or private) (Preferred) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
