This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys both clinical care and creative collaboration. The position is part-time (3 days per week), with flexibility to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities Proficiently start IVs and perform phlebotomy with confidence and consistencyAssist providers with medical and aesthetic proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and support patient flowProvide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatmentsAssist with general office and clinical support as needed Content Creation & Social Media Participate in daily social media and content creation (photo, video, short-form content)Collaborate with providers and office staff to create engaging, compliant contentAssist with behind-the-scenes, educational, and promotional contentBe comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with patients and staff for content Schedule & Availability Regular hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMOccasional before- or after-hours eventsRequired availability for some Saturday events (up to 4 hours) Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in FloridaMinimum 3+ years of nursing experience preferredStrong IV and phlebotomy skills (required)Comfortable assisting with procedures in a medical spa or outpatient settingExperience with or strong interest in social media and content creationProfessional, personable, and team-orientedOrganized, adaptable, and willing to assist where needed What We Offer Provider-led medical spa environment with a spa feelSupportive and collaborative team cultureIn-office perks and employee discounts on servicesOpportunity to grow with the practiceCreative involvement beyond traditional nursing roles How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a brief description of their clinical experience and any social media/content creation experience.
