Assist with preparation of Agency Risk Management and Internal Control Standards and Inventory. Keeps mailroom organized and maintain mail supplies. Prepares invoices for book sales. Assist with daily deposits, printing labels and reviewing batches for accuracy. Provide agency support by assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other support services. Maintain processing for foundation memberships, donations, running reports, letters, and printing cards through our donor database. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, this position may support a variety of museum-wide initiatives, including participation in science-based public festivals and special events. All team members contribute to the planning and execution of these community-focused programs, which are core to the museum's outreach and educational mission.
