Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Principal Consultant, where you will play a critical role in overseeing and advancing projects for our Embedded Consulting clientele. We seek a proactive and technically adept individual who understands Oracle Health solutions and industry best practices. In this pivotal project management position, you will deliver creative, high-quality solutions that align with customer expectations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead integrated Oracle solutions implementations, driving quality and ensuring customer satisfaction on schedule and within budget. Direct cross-functional delivery teams, providing guidance and coaching on best practices while removing obstacles that may impede progress. Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and plans for various projects and sub-projects. Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation plans when project milestones are at risk. Maintain alignment with the statement of work and customer standards while ensuring consistency across all deliverables. Deliver clear status updates to both customer stakeholders and Oracle leadership, ready for executive review. Influence customer management decisions to facilitate adoption and resolve conflicts, driving business outcomes. Assist in the acceptance of deliverables, closely partnering with customers to manage expectations. Support business development by identifying new opportunities and providing credibility in consulting sales. Oversee change control processes to minimize risks to Oracle. Manage deliverables during transition phases as projects evolve into ongoing support. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in leading technology implementation projects, preferably involving Oracle Cloud Applications or Technology. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong executive presence. Proficient in risk management, scope change control, and project financials. Familiarity with Oracle’s delivery methodologies and compliance requirements. Ability to transform business needs into actionable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
