Position Type: On-site at Stockbridge, GA branch location Work Schedule: Full-time / 40 Hours Sign-on Bonus of $15,000 available! The Director of Home Health Operations is tasked with guiding everyday branch functions to ensure optimal operational efficiencies, superior patient care, compliance with regulations, business growth, and achievement of key performance benchmarks. You will lead and supervise the branch's clinical team while ensuring adherence to all Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to certification and licensure. Your strategic vision will encompass long-range planning, fiscal responsibility, and the quality of care delivered. You will recruit, interview, and hire staff while monitoring the quality of caregiving and organizational performance. Collaboration across disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of services is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design, execute, evaluate, and optimize branch operations. Ensure quality care provision for all patients by supervising and supporting Clinical Managers. Work with the Area Director of Operations and Financial Department to set revenue and budget goals for the branch. Offer guidance and support for clinical leadership to enhance performance and quality home care delivery. Maintain an efficient, organized, and safe office environment compliant with local health and safety regulations. Conduct regular quality improvement meetings, review patient feedback, and address any identified concerns from patient satisfaction surveys and referral sources. Engage with the Area Director of Operations for support, problem resolution, and program implementation. Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Managers to achieve targeted admission goals and participate in marketing initiatives. Leverage your expertise to make a significant impact! Essential Qualifications: Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance are required. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current state license as a Registered Nurse is mandatory. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse is required. Experience of at least 2 years in healthcare operations management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice settings. Required experience in Home Health. Strong management and leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing a cohesive team. OASIS experience is highly preferred, with relevant certification (HCS-O, COQS, COS-C) being a plus. Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and CMS PDGM billing is preferred. Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and financial operations is strongly favored. Solid understanding of CMS business requirements and relevant regulatory standards. Experience with quality improvement monitoring tools and methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additional Details: Normal Operating Hours: M-F / 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (ET) On-Call Requirement: Yes, rotating on-call shifts are expected. Branch Size: Serving over 600 patients with a 5.0 STAR rating. Annual Bonus Eligibility: Yes, you are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: The estimated starting salary for full-time employment (40 hours weekly) ranges from $93,000 to $128,000, varying by location and individual qualifications such as skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
