BIM Drafter

Description We are looking for a talented BIM Drafter with hands-on experience using Revit software to build detailed BIM models for our modular construction projects. As a BIM Drafter, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create high-quality, accurate, and efficient BIM models that will be used throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit to support modular construction projects. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction information. Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and plans from BIM models, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and assembly details. Create the permit set package for plan view and shop drawings for productions. Revit Family Creation: Create and manage custom Revit families for modular components and systems. Coordination: Perform clash detection and resolve any issues related to model coordination and collaboration. Must-Have Skills and Experience: BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit to support modular construction projects.
