TEMP TO HIRE - Accounts Payable AdministratorLocation: Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (IN-OFFICE) We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support our healthcare client on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, manages administrative tasks efficiently, and ensures smooth workflow within the Accounts Payable department. The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support across payment processing, record keeping, and reporting, helping maintain compliance and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable team, including filing, data entry, and document management. Process various payment types, including manual checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Maintain and update payment logs, spreadsheets, and tracking systems for reporting and audit purposes. Assist with reconciliation of daily payment activity and follow up on discrepancies or exceptions. Monitor AP inboxes, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment-related issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams and leadership regarding payment requests, approvals, and documentation needs. Support AP process improvements, new project implementations, and administrative initiatives. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and data security requirements. Prepare reports and summaries for management as needed. Qualifications & Experience Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: Minimum 4 years of administrative or office support experience in a high-volume environment Accounts Payable or finance-related experience preferred Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access) Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and record-keeping abilities Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines #AF123
