Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Mortgage Closing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will facilitate the final steps of the mortgage lending process, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO; Plano, TX Essential Duties: Review and analyze loan data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare and assemble necessary closing documents, including final closing disclosures and settlement statements. Effectively communicate with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other involved parties. Coordinate closing logistics, schedule signings, and verify that all documentation is accurate. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations. Maintain accurate closing schedules and meet deadlines consistently. Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience in financial services and mortgage industry preferred. General understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations is a plus. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Travel Requirements: No travel is required unless specified by the client. Consequently, the compensation for this position varies based on multiple factors like education, licensure, certifications, location, experience, and training. The current hourly pay range for this role is approximately $20-24.
