Your Role as a Networking Sales Specialist As a Lead Networking Sales Specialist, your mission is to leverage your expertise in networking technology to discover and secure high-potential leads within your client base. Collaborating closely with our Client Management team, you will work strategically to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, fostering relationships and providing tailored solutions that resonate with clients' unique needs. This role demands significant engagement with clients at various organizational levels, combined with collaboration with our internal experts. Your knowledge of advanced networking solutions will be crucial in overcoming sales hurdles and facilitating productive discussions that lead to successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate success in achieving and surpassing sales targets. Deliver compelling and engaging sales presentations. Utilize a team-selling approach to maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors to develop effective sales strategies. Apply advanced negotiation skills to create win-win solutions for clients and NTT DATA. Build and nurture robust relationships with senior leadership within client organizations. Develop and implement strategies that prioritize client needs while driving sales growth. Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and urgent deadlines. Engage with clients to understand their business goals and crafting personalized solutions. Conduct impactful workshops and presentations to showcase our solutions and benefits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Sales or a related field. Proven experience in technology or service sales, particularly in IT Managed Services. Experience with Cisco and/or HPE Networking and Security Portfolio. Strong understanding of solution-based selling with a track record of success. Industry vendor sales certifications preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings. This is a home office-based position, with occasional travel for company meetings. Duties may require evening work to collaborate with global teams across different time zones. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $115K to $140K, plus a variable bonus, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Why NTT DATA?
