Job Summary The Clinic Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered services. The RN Clinic is responsible for patient assessments, care coordination, education, and follow-up while ensuring efficient clinic workflow. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and promoting positive patient outcomes in a structured, team-based environment. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct patient intake, assessments, and vital sign monitoring Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and treatments Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and IV therapy as ordered Perform wound care and basic clinical procedures Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care Triage patient calls and respond to clinical inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Ensure compliance with infection control and clinic safety standards Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams Support quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goals Qualifications Must have a valid RN state license in WI. Must have AHA BLS. Must have 1+ years of experience. Must have a Associate’s Degree in Nurse specialization or a High School Diploma.
