Hospice Companion Volunteers Needed in Owasso, OK!

Do you have a caring heart and desire to make a difference in someone's life? Bristol Hospice Tulsa is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as companion volunteers for patients in their final stages of life. What You'll Do: Visit patients in their homes, assisted living, or nursing facilities Offer companionship through conversation, reading aloud, playing games, or simply sitting quietly together Provide a comforting presence to patients who may not have family nearby Support emotional well-being through kindness and attentiveness Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Complete Bristol Hospice's volunteer training and onboarding process Pass background and TB screening (provided at no cost) Have reliable transportation Time Commitment: Flexible with your schedule - Just 1-2 hours a week can make a meaningful impact!
