Job Description Electrical Crew Leader Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We are currently seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to join a reputable electrical contractor's team. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Bonus potential Health insurance package 401K Paid vacation Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and supervise teams on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations for maximum efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics for accurate installation Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies Order materials and manage deliveries to keep projects on schedule Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and clients for smooth project execution Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job Troubleshoot electrical issues and devise effective solutions Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes Track job progress and report updates to project managers and leadership Qualifications: 5+ years of electrical experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role Experience in managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality standards Stable work history OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred but Not Required: Journeyman or Master Electrician license Experience with project scheduling software Your resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.
