Logistics Claim Analyst Korean Bilingual

Job Description Collect claim data from various data sources.Analyze claim data to report on claim trends, recovery/claim ratio, and other situational forecasts.Provide additional data as requested by SEA and Management.Monitor aging claim status and provide frequent notifications to team members regarding outstanding claims exceeding 120 days.Obtain relevant transportation/claim data using systems such as NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS, and Cello.Collect and organize data for daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.Prioritize and execute any ad hoc reporting and special project requests.Design, implement, automate, and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes.Consistently meet strict deadlines set by management with a strong sense of responsibility. Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.Staff Level: A minimum of 2-3 years of data analytics experience. Sr. Staff Level: A minimum of 5 years.Transportation/Logistics experience preferred.Fluent in Korean is RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Ability to read, interpret, and simplify complex information from various sources into clear and understandable formats.Strong critical thinking and planning ability; balancing accountabilities; flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Advanced knowledge of analytical skills in Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, seasonal index, IF functions, etc.) for reporting to management.Ability to collaborate and share tasks to maximize efficiency towards common goals.
