Job Description

Responsibilities: Configure ARIS database and set up templates. Customize ARIS Modeler to standardize BPMN for process workflows. Create templates and develop a Value Chain framework for levels 1, 2, and 3 within the ARIS instance. Set up and customize initial reporting within ARIS. Develop custom solutions using JavaScript and/or ARIS API for bulk processing of process models. Document and define the Change Governance process. Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure successful solution implementation. Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of ARIS. Customize BPMN Semantic checks to enhance model accuracy. Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful work environment. Qualifications: At least three years of recent experience administering and configuring Software AG ARIS process mapping tools. Strong understanding of business process modeling using BPMN. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of an organization. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and foster high-performance teams focused on customer service and teamwork. Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with ARIS Modeler, ARIS Enterprise Administration, ARIS Database Administration, and ARIS API is required. Familiarity with IBM Blueworks Live, Lean IX, and JavaScript is essential.
