Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and (CDS) for prescription writing
