You have a proven track record advising clients on data-driven strategies to revolutionize their business operations and achieve strategic, financial, and operational success. As a leader, you excel in team building and problem-solving, utilizing both analytical and creative skills. Your strong communication and interpersonal abilities make you an essential asset, especially in an information systems environment. The Work: Oversee project delivery to assess clients' positions within the Healthcare Payer Strategy, identifying viable business options amidst global, economic, technological, and social shifts. Lead teams in providing world-class business strategy solutions tailored to the needs of clients within the Healthcare Payer sector. Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations, collaborating with them to develop strategic solutions that merge business, technology, and operations. Direct project delivery to ensure clients are equipped for sustainable long-term success with practical roadmaps for strategy implementation, change management, and process evaluation. Guide quantitative analysis and research to yield actionable recommendations and drive significant outcomes. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to reinforce Accenture's reputation as a long-term trusted advisor and partner. Enhance Accenture's Strategy practice and thought leadership by creating insightful content and engaging in professional forums, internally and externally. Mentor junior team members, preparing them for greater responsibilities. Key areas of focus include cost transformation, performance improvement, innovative business and operating models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, and product strategy. Willingness to travel as required, up to 80%. Here's What You Need: Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience with a major strategy or healthcare consulting firm. A minimum of 5 years engaged in the Healthcare Payer industry with experience in: Health Innovation / Disruption Health Strategy and Growth Health Transformation Bonus Points if: You hold an MBA or a relevant graduate degree. You have published articles or contribution materials in thought leadership. You possess skills in PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx. You have experience with Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and Machine Learning technologies. Your communication skills (both written and verbal) are exemplary. Accenture offers competitive compensation based on various factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience.
