Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Bid and Proposal Pricing Lead with Federal Contractor experience to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $128,000 per year + bonus. Job Responsibilities: Formulate competitive pricing strategies for bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.. Conducts market research, price analyses and comparisons to determine most effective pricing models and strategies Ensures the business/price volumes are consistent with all other proposal submission documents. Leads development of pricing strategies for proposals to ensure competitiveness and client acceptance. Develop and utilize financial models to support pricing decisions. Prepare detailed cost estimates, including direct and indirect costs, for federal contracts. Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with bids and proposals. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on pricing and proposal best practices. Contributes to documenting and refining of pricing processes and procedures that drive operational efficiencies and quality. Qualifications/Experience: HS Diploma required. BA/BS in Business, Accounting, or related field. 10+ years related experience in Federal Contractor environment. Experience with and pricing for federal contracts and grants and associated pricing types. Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, is required. Extensive experience developing price strategies. Experience with RFP, preparing a high-value proposal, Time & Material, Fixed Price and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience pulling internal and external pricing data for cost comparisons and analyses to ensure price competitiveness.
