This full-time, outpatient position involves providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages, with a particular emphasis on chronic disease management and care for an aging population. Physicians maintain their own patient panels and are supported by a collaborative clinical team, including an RN Team Leader and a Medical Assistant.
