Chief of GI - Pensacola VA Clinic

The Gulf Coast VA Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to serve as Chief of Gastroenterology at our Pensacola VA Clinic. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape clinical operations, mentor a team of providers, and deliver high-quality care to our veteran population. Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and leadership for the GI service line Mentor and support a team of gastroenterologists and staff Collaborate with hospital and clinic leadership to develop and implement best practices Ensure compliance with VA standards and policies Participate in clinical care as appropriate Qualifications: Board-certified in Gastroenterology Minimum 5 years of clinical GI experience Proven administrative and operational leadership experience Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to veteran care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $350,000 - $400,000 Comprehensive VA benefits package Leadership opportunity in a respected GI service line Work-life balance in sunny Pensacola, FL Apply today!
