We are looking for a long term team member, who is interested in career advancement to a potential manager position.Build strong relationships with patients to understand their unique visual needs and lifestyle.Educate patients on new products, technologies, and services. Take accurate measurements, and assist them with selecting eyewear.Order and manage eyewear and contact lens orders.Perform contact lens trainings as well as order contact lenses and glasses for patientsExplain pricing and insurance coverageAssist with scheduling appointments/perform front desk tasks when neededInventory control and board managementThe candidate we are seeking has exceptional customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. An in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of an optometrist’s office will benefit the appropriate candidate.
