Key responsibilities: Application & Development area: Develop and implement best practices for Servicenow platform: Release and deployment strategy Development strategy and best practices Configuration, and customization Architecture area: Lead and implement an architectural function to Ensure architecture review council is stood up as forum for design decision making Own Foundation data and integration management to maintain the cohesion of the platform for each new capability implemented Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the platform's capabilities with business needs and objectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement Management: manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow technical leads Relationships with worldwide teams: Operations inside and outside the COEI, running the platform and all its Applications. Delivery: Project managers and their Agile squads ServiceNow COEI: Solution Architect, Architecture Lead, Demand Managers, Product Owners, User Experience Lead, Change and Strategy Lead, Innovation Lead Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Servicenow certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - which implies Experience taking business requirements and converting them into ServiceNow platform capabilities Minimum ServiceNow Certifications (current): Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.) ServiceNow experience: Evidence of involvement as an architect or technical lead in at least 3 global ServiceNow projects or programs.
