Responsibilities: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates. Collaborate with clients to efficiently fill their urgent positions. Connect clients to qualified candidates, leading to successful placements. Effectively utilize recruiting tools and resources. Engage in cold calling, qualifying candidates, screening, preparing candidates and clients for interviews, and aiding in job offer negotiations. Conduct reference checks on candidates. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently engage in high volumes of outreach to source clients and candidates. Comfortable building relationships over the phone. Exhibit integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behavior. Skilled in negotiation. A degree is preferred but not essential. Completion of gpac training and all associated requirements. Founded in 1990, gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm that specializes in placing top talent across various industries in the United States. We are extremely competitive, client-focused, and know our value lies in delivering the right solutions at the right moment. The starting pay begins at $11.54 per hour, subject to city and state laws. You'll transition to a minimum monthly salary of $3,000 after your first placement or at the end of three months, whichever occurs first. Additionally, you can earn commissions ranging from $40k to more than $500k annually, with no cap on earnings. After an appropriate waiting period, you will also be eligible for gpac's benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and a 401k plan.
