As a Mobile Surveillance Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting mobile surveillance to provide legal documentation. Qualifications Current, valid Driver's License Active Private Investigator license and mobile surveillance experience Experience working at a licensed PI firm may be accepted in lieu of a Private Investigator License Ability to obtain Auto Insurance with 100/300/100 coverage limits prior to employment Must own a Personal Computer with MS Word Own a Personal Digital Surveillance Camera Skilled in using surveillance equipment, technology, and platforms High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred Previous experience in mobile surveillance is an asset Willingness to travel for Full-Time roles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to observing and conducting surveillance for 8-10 hours daily Availability for weekend work as needed Sharp observational skills with an emphasis on detail Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting Exemplary integrity, professionalism, and discretion in managing sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Adhere to established protocols and legal requirements for surveillance operations Maintain a discreet presence while observing subjects’ actions Document findings and incidents accurately and promptly Conduct mobile surveillance using various monitoring equipment Effectively use surveillance technology and troubleshoot equipment issues Keep information confidential and handle sensitive matters with care Prepare and submit detailed reports of investigations within 48 hours Ensure reports are clear, concise, and well-supported by documentation Engage in professional development and training to enhance skills Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall security objectives At Marshall Investigative Group, we offer competitive hourly rates, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive reimbursement for expenses, including training and licensing fees.
