WEALTH MANAGEMENT PRODUCT AND PROGRAM STRATEGY MANAGER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Join our dynamic team as a Wealth Management Product and Program Strategy Manager, responsible for shaping and driving the strategy behind our wealth management offerings. In this role, you will develop innovative strategies tailored to client needs while aligning with market trends, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge and foster business growth. You'll oversee the development and management of CNB Wealth Management Products, Solutions, and Programs, collaborating with our Private Banking and Wealth Management team across all areas including City National Securities, Trust, and City National Rochdale. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Strategic Planning and Execution: Craft and implement comprehensive product and program strategies that resonate with our business goals and client expectations. Product Development and Innovation: Take the lead in launching new wealth management products and services that effectively cater to client needs and market demands. Drive WM Fee Income Revenue: Implement strategies vital for attracting and retaining clients, thereby boosting WM fee income. Competitive Analysis: Examine the competitive landscape to pinpoint best practices and opportunities for differentiation. Process Improvement: Actively identify and implement enhancements to streamline operations and maximize effectiveness. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor KPIs and utilize data analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization. Enhance Client Experience: Create and deliver high-quality products and services to enrich client experiences and foster stronger relationships. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 15 years of experience in Wealth Management. 15 years in banking or management consulting with a focus on strategy and transformation. 15 years of management experience, encompassing business development, marketing, client experience, and go-to-market strategies. Additional Qualifications Master's degree preferred. Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful product outcomes. Client Focus: Deep understanding of client needs and translating these into actionable strategies. Communication and Presentation: Convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and clients. Analytical and Critical Thinking: Strong skills in analyzing data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Experience in implementing large-scale projects successfully. Proven ability to create engaging client experience platforms across various channels (e.g., digital). Adept at managing multiple high-priority projects with varying deadlines. Capable of leading and motivating teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
