Industrial Project Superintendent

Job Description A reputable commercial general contractor is on the hunt for a skilled Industrial Project Superintendent to lead complex ground-up and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with data centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, labs, clean rooms, cold storage, and other technically demanding environments. Position Highlights: This role involves traveling primarily to support projects in the CST and EST time zones. Competitive base salary up to $125,000, commensurate with experience. Attractive bonus structure, profit sharing, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The company will cover all travel expenses and per diem. Efforts are consistently made to have superintendents home most weekends, or at least every two weeks. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects. Experience with data centers preferred, though comparable project experience is acceptable. Strong capabilities in leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. This is a confidential search. Relocation and travel support will be provided for the right candidate.
