The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented K12 Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with school administrators, teachers, and key influencers to promote and increase the adoption of JoVE products. Responsibilities Develop and implement an effective sales plan for your assigned territory of over 3,000 accounts, generating a robust sales pipeline and securing new business. Achieve a yearly and quarterly forecast accuracy of 95% to report to the Director of Sales. Meet 100% of monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver compelling online and on-site product presentations that resonate with decision-makers and influencers. Engage district decision-makers in meaningful discussions to understand their needs and goals, subsequently crafting convincing solutions. Utilize a consultative approach to adapt presentations and advance new business in the complex K12 environment. Continuously report new business opportunities to leadership and strategize on closing efforts. Requirements A Bachelor's degree. 1-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the education technology sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Capability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven with a robust work ethic. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
