The Cash & Deposits team is dedicated to enhancing customer cash experiences by providing reliable and user-friendly cash balances that assist traders in managing risk. As a Product Manager in this team, you will focus on two key areas: building trust and quality in cash options, and ensuring cash is easily accessible for trading, spending, and sending. Your Responsibilities: Lead the product development for Cash and USDC offerings on the main Coinbase app, improving existing products and exploring new opportunities. Work collaboratively with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to define and execute the product roadmap. Take initiatives from zero to one, launching innovative products for Coinbase users across various cash-related functions. Establish and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure we provide a premier user experience. Align teams around a shared vision and drive execution towards this vision for our entire brokerage platform. Effectively communicate plans, progress, and benefits both internally to stakeholders and externally to our customers. What We Seek In You: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in regulated brokerage or FinTech environments. In-depth knowledge of Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking, and cash management products. Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and organizational skills. Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Proven leadership experience and an ability to align product strategy with senior cross-functional partners. An entrepreneurial attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. A dedication to building a robust platform focused on reliability, scalability, and risk mitigation. A talent for simplifying complex technical and regulatory challenges into intuitive, user-friendly products. A demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the mission of Coinbase. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include eligibility for bonuses, equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
