High-Velocity Invoicing & Execution Own the Workflow: Execute full-cycle billing for major construction projects, parts sales, and Technical Service Agreements (TSAs). Strategic Delivery: Ensure every invoice reaches the customer on time and follows exact billing specifications to eliminate friction. Verification: Proactively confirm receipt of invoices to clear the path for timely payments. Adjustments: Manage billing records and process customer adjustments with speed and accuracy. Commission Management Calculate Success: Precisely calculate quarterly commission payments for our high-performing sales and project staff. Approval Synergy: Drive the approval workflow by preparing clear, accurate reports for the Controller and President. Data Integrity: Keep our management information systems updated with the latest sales commission data. Compliance & Account Strategy Lien Waiver Mastery: Navigate the complexities of conditional and unconditional lien waivers to facilitate smooth project funding. Rapid Onboarding: Create new customer and site accounts, assisting in the credit application process to get new projects moving fast. AR Collaboration & Administration Growth Support: Partner with the AR team on collection efforts to maintain a healthy balance sheet. Standardization: Maintain a comprehensive desk reference manual, ensuring our billing processes are scalable and repeatable. Team Player: Support office-wide objectives, including telephone coverage and general administrative excellence. Performance Metrics for Success Billing Velocity: 100% of construction invoices billed by contract cutoff; service/parts invoices issued within 48 hours of completion. TSA Precision: Ensure all Technical Service Agreements are invoiced exactly on their scheduled dates. Operational Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to Setpoint's elite procedural standards.
