General Requirements (All Roles) 5+ years aviation maintenance experience preferred Comfortable working in a bench / backshop / component repair setting Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail Ability to read and follow repair instructions and technical data Must have reliable transportation to Chandler, AZ Ability to pass pre-employment screening (as applicable) Position Overview Aviocraft is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician to support aircraft component repairs, troubleshooting, and electrical modifications in a hangar/warehouse environment. This role focuses on repairing and servicing avionics/electrical systems and components that are shipped into the facility—no aircraft are stationed at the site. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of avionics and electrical components Interpret and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Install, repair, and route electrical wiring and harnesses as required Perform continuity checks, inspections, and operational tests using proper test equipment Document work performed and ensure accurate repair records Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and customer standards Support production schedules and work efficiently in a fast-paced repair environment Required Qualifications Previous experience as an Avionics Technician (aviation preferred) Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass applicable onboarding requirements Preferred Qualifications A&P License (not required) Experience supporting component-level repairs and modifications Background in corporate aircraft, commercial aircraft, or MRO environments Pay & Incentives /#Competitive hourly pay based on experience Time and a half (1.5x) overtime $300 travel pay (if applicable) Housing recommendations available (housing not included) Must be authorized to work in the USA. /#D1 /#D1
