Genesys Developer

Genesys Developer Location: Newark, NJ - onsite We are looking for a skilled Genesys Developer to design, develop, customize, and support contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys Engage, IVR development, and integrations with enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud (CX) or Genesys Engage Develop and customize IVR call flows, routing strategies, and call handling logic Configure inbound/outbound voice, email, chat, and messaging channels Integrate Genesys with third-party systems such as CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), databases, and APIs Develop scripts and automation using Java, JavaScript, or Python Work on Genesys Architect, Composer, IRD, GVP, and routing strategies Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure teams Ensure high availability, performance, and security of contact center solutions Create technical documentation and operational runbooks Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage Hands-on experience with IVR, call routing, and SIP telephony Knowledge of Genesys Architect / Composer / IRD / GVP Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and integrations Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or .NET Understanding of contact center KPIs and reporting Experience with SQL databases Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
