Overview JOB TITLE: Regional Analyst for Readiness Improvement Program COMPANY: Cayuse Technologies, LLC LOCATION: Remote (Must reside in AL, FL, GA, or MS) SALARY: $72,000-$82,000 EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Salary Exempt TRAVEL: Yes, 50% RELOCATION: No The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Regional Analyst for our Readiness Improvement Program to act as a vital link between Cayuse Technologies and the different states and territories within Region 8, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This position is essential for overseeing initiatives that promote operational readiness and implementing impactful programs that drive readiness improvement. The Regional Analyst will spearhead workshops, conduct readiness evaluations, and provide actionable plans tailored to achieve the goals set within our client's readiness improvement framework. This role is also focused on analyzing training trends, guaranteeing compliance with client guidelines, and cultivating strong relationships with various program stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Act as Regional Analyst for Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Lead and manage client workshops. Safeguard government property, including issued computers. Ensure proper contractor identification across all communications. Travel within assigned states to conduct Readiness Improvement Workshops. Promote utility conservation practices while using government facilities. Facilitate State/unit level workshops focused on DMOSQ/PME/AFAM Selection and PRW within your region. Assist fellow Regional Analysts with workshop facilitation as required. Conduct annual workshops with each State, Territory, or District in your assigned region. Analyze Soldier records to assess training requirements and strategize improvements for DMOSQ and PME/DLC qualifications. Focus on units with DMOSQ percentages below 75% relative to their Authorized Strength. Develop plans to decrease PME rates below 20%. Manage training queues and integrate IET and reclassification training to optimize resources. Coordinate readiness reviews and implementation planning with State/Territory Quota Source Managers. Create a matrix to outline program objectives and accomplishments. Identify unregistered personnel and draft plans to reduce non-enrollment. Evaluate trends and offer recommendations to enhance DMOSQ and PME/DLC processes. Track chronic non-DMOSQ individuals with three or more years of non-DMOSQ. Conduct visits to designated sites, including Recruit Sustainment Program and Regional Training Institute Liaison offices. Provide After Action Reviews (AAR) or trip reports within three days of workshop or conference completion. Report any concerns raised during workshops for resolution. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Essential Requirements: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in relevant field. Strong knowledge of ARNG personnel and training policies, regulations, and organizational structure. Familiarity with ARNG personnel data systems such as ATRRS, TAPDB-G, IPPS-A, and others listed in original description. Previous experience as a Senior NCO or Officer in the Army National Guard is preferred. Active Secret clearance is required. Ability to pass background checks as needed throughout employment. Required Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to respond with urgency to customer needs. Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. Strong motivation and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Aptitude for building relationships with team members and customers. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
