Key Responsibilities: Client Delivery: Lead strategy, roadmap, and planning workshops to align our solutions with client needs. Manage client expectations effectively while owning comprehensive solution delivery across multiple domains. Systematically break down complex problems into actionable segments and present deliverables to client executive management. Business Development: Support our business growth through client discovery meetings, contributing to proposal development, and presenting innovative solutions to C-Level executives. Foster relationships with clients to enhance trust and collaboration in solution development. Practice Development & Thought Leadership: Enhance Ensono's advisory service offerings and serve as a technology thought leader. Stay ahead of IT trends, technologies, and standards, and mentor team members for collective growth. Essential Qualifications: Over 15 years of experience leading transformative modernization initiatives in IT and a senior-level consulting background. Profound knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle. Experience in evaluating modernization paths for Legacy Systems and in designing modern architectural patterns. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven executive presence.
