Job Description Description: Join our Strategic Clinical Informatics (SCI) team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the healthcare experience through advanced technology. As a member of this esteemed group of experts, your focus will be on maximizing the value of Oracle Health solutions and driving innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge workflows, including clinical AI agents and our latest Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Key Responsibilities: Enhance the clinical user experience by thoroughly assessing existing systems and preparing for key technology transitions. Create scalable and actionable insights based on customer technology usage, identifying optimization opportunities at both operational and clinical levels. Stay ahead of health system needs by monitoring and preparing for future product developments, particularly in core clinical and AI capabilities. Drive value measurement and improved clinician experience through targeted initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Key activities include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, engaging in strategic discussions regarding clinical solution roadmaps, leading AI projects, and supporting change management efforts during organizational transitions. Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise across multiple Oracle Health technology platforms, such as Millennium, CareAware, and Health Data Intelligence. A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in health informatics, with a demonstrated advanced understanding of Oracle Health products. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with both clinical and non-clinical teams. Experience in managing change, guiding teams through technology or process adaptations in healthcare settings. Ability to recognize and implement new trends to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and CMS standards. Familiarity with quality reporting standards and experience in performance metric analysis. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills to foster relationships, coupled with creative problem-solving abilities and self-motivation. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and web browsers. Travel: Up to 50% as required. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $97,500 to $199,500 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
