Job Title: People Services Director POSITION TYPE: Administrative Salary: Depends on experience Location: Kennewick, WA JOB DESCRIPTION: We are in search of a professional and energetic Director of People's Services to join our team in our medical center. As the Director of People's Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people-centric strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. The Director of People's Services will champion our company culture and ensure that our employees are supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve their best work Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Learning and Development: Develop training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Culture and Values: Promote and uphold the company's values, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. HR Metrics: Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Business Management or Human Resources Management required. SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred. Must have strong knowledge of laws and regulations relating to human resource management. Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
