Key Responsibilities Lead AI Service Development: Design and create a tailored AI service for cloud operations, ensuring scalability and reliability that aligns with customer requirements. Tooling & Infrastructure: Build tools and frameworks that enhance software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes. Integrate AI Agents into solutions, leveraging AI to improve OCI operations. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals. Engage with Clients: Interact directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs, validate solutions, and ensure effective service delivery in live environments. Write clean and maintainable code in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java. Participate in code reviews to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams. Assist in deploying and monitoring services using modern cloud-native tools. Apply best practices for developing reliable and efficient distributed services with a focus on operational excellence. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, creating enterprise-grade services and applications. Demonstrated ability to assess and optimize services/applications in real-world, critical settings. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++. Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, AI technologies, and cloud-native architecture is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to execution. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work directly with enterprise customers and teams across the organization. Experience with CI/CD workflows and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing scalable AI services/applications for enterprise environments. Background in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure monitoring. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other major cloud platforms. Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or large language model technologies. Interest in distributed systems and their inherent challenges related to scalability and observability. Willingness to learn from senior engineers and contribute to impactful projects.
