Measure and cut materials with precision to meet project specifications. Install and secure support structures, ensuring stability and safety. Utilize various tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and assembling deck components. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand design preferences and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction, ensuring a high-quality finished product. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and training to junior team members when applicable. Comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process. Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and modifications during the project. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality workmanship.
