We’re looking for a decisive, disciplined, and highly driven Restoration Project Manager to lead complex mitigation and restoration projects from mobilization to closeout. With a reputation built on urgency, integrity, and precision, we ensure every project is executed with excellence and attention to detail—no matter the scale or location.What You’ll Do As a Restoration Project Manager, you will serve as a front-line leader during complex restoration and large-loss events, overseeing projects from initial response through completion. This is a highly responsive role that requires decisive leadership, operational excellence, and deep expertise in mitigation and construction best practices.Be available 24/7/365 to respond immediately to local mitigation and restoration projectsMaintain readiness of trailers, equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure rapid mobilizationConduct on-site walk-throughs with insureds, adjusters, consultants, and decision-makersDevelop, document, and manage detailed scopes of work and projected cost estimatesSecure authorization signatures prior to mobilization and deliver a detailed scope within 48 hoursIdentify safety hazards, secure required permits, and ensure OSHA and EPA complianceCoordinate labor, temporary staffing, subcontractors, materials, and equipment under strict timelinesAssign appropriate labor classifications in accordance with Mooring’s Time & Material Rate ScheduleOversee daily project documentation including reports, photos, progress mapping, and cost trackingCommunicate consistently with owners, adjusters, consultants, and internal leadership teamsRepresent Mooring with professionalism, accountability, and integrity throughout every phase of the projectQualificationsRequired:Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experienceExtensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practicesProficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting softwareValid driver’s license and clean driving recordOSHA 30-Hour Construction CertificationPreferred:IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)Previous experience in catastrophe response and large-loss project managementIf you're ready to be the calm in the storm and lead projects that truly make a difference—apply now and become a part of Mooring’s mission to restore lives and build futures.
