Your Responsibilities: Analyze large and complex datasets to address challenging product-related problems using advanced analytical techniques. Utilize your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to develop robust strategies that benefit our extensive user base. Set measurable goals and monitor key product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives. Identify opportunities for product improvement, providing insights that steer development roadmaps. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to shape product strategies and investment priorities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field. At least 6 years of experience in analytics (4 years with a Ph.D. in a relevant field). Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL and scripting languages such as Python, along with experience in statistical software like R. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field. Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $177,000 to $247,000 per year, in addition to bonuses, equity, and a range of benefits.
